Beef TacoAntibiotic and hormone free beef clod (shoulder) that has been seared on a hot griddle, then braised in a tomato and ancho chili based broth for up to 10 hours. After that we shred it and serve it hot and fresh in its cooking juices.
Pork TacoAntibiotic and hormone free pork shoulder that has been roasted in a garlic tomatillo broth for up to 10 hours. After that we shred it then sear it on the griddle to crisp up some of the pieces.
Black Bean TacoOrganic Black Beans that we source locally and stew for 4 hours in a cofrito of cilantro, onion, garlic and spices.

Cracked PotatoWe roast white, purple and red pee wee potatoes, crush them slightly then cool them. We then fry them until they're super crispy and toss them in roasted garlic chili oil. We then top them with mayo and ssamjang "crack" sauce, a Korean sauce made with fermented soybeans and chilis. They are a little spicy and a "lot" addictive.
Regular NachosWe take corn tortilla chips and top them with our house made roja (mild red salsa) and your choice of queso cheese sauce or fresh made guacamole. Our queso and guac are both made in house everyday.
Poppin Spring RollsAn order of 2. We char jalapeno peppers then mix with cream cheese, cheddar and chihuahua cheeses. The filling is then rolled into a spring roll wrapper. They are fried to order and served on a bed of cabbage with cilantro on top, with radish. Served with a cup of fire roasted tomato ranch.
Drunken Chicken QuesadillaWe make a salsa using roasted tomatillos and mezcal, a smoky spirit. The salsa is cooked into the chicken and then pressed into a quesadilla with melted chihuahua cheese (similar to a mozzarella cheese). They are browned up and cut into 4 pieces. We serve it with crema Mexicana, cabbage, pickled reds and cilantro.
Cortez SaladIt's out take on a traditional Caesar salad, with a little twist like using lime juice and Cotija cheese instead of lemon juice and Parmesan. We top it with candied pumpkin seeds and fresh made lloyd tortillas.
QuesadillaA flour tortilla filled with melted cheese and your choice of protein.
Mackin CheeseWe toss mini shells and chorizo in a pan with velvety cheese sauce and top it with our homemade crunchy topping.
The Crispy PigThis is our take on a traditional pork "milanese" torta sandwich. We take our abf pork butts, cut them thin and tenderize them. They are then breaded with panko breadcrumbs and fried crispy. The sandwich is served on a bakery 55 torta roll with romaine, roasted garlic aioli and spicy tomato relish.
Sticky SproutsWe quick fry halved local brussels sprouts then toss them in chipotle honey that is kicked up with lime juice and red chili flake. We top them with fried garlic, cilantro and pickled fresnos to cut some of the sweetness, add some acidity and more spice.
Da Bomb Banh MiDairy, wheat, soy, egg, fish, shellfish. Lloyd take on a traditional Vietnamese sandwich, marinated pork, chicken liver pate, pickled and fresh veggies on a locally baked bun
