  • 8 1/2 sun-dried tomatoes with Italian herbs

  • 1 onion

  • 1 celery

  • 1 carrot

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 56 canned whole tomatoes

  • 2/3 white wine

  • 1 dried fennel seed

  • 1/2 pepper

  7. Repeat the same procedure with remaining half of sauce mixture., Serve over hot pasta.
