  • 1 leek

  • 2 celery rib

  • 1 shallots

  • 3 garlic clove

  • 2 vegetable broth

  • 2 plain soymilk

  • 2 fresh corn kernels

  • 1 frozen corn kernels

  • 1/2 potatoes

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1/2, NA, 1 -2 fresh thyme

  • kosher salt

  • red bell pepper

  • fresh ground black pepper

  • fresh chives

  • fresh tarragon
