Hello everyone, I hope you're having a fantastic day today. Today, we're going to make Yogi Muesli. It's one of my all-time favorite food recipes. This time, I'm going to do something a little different. This is going to be delicious. Prepare the ingredients before making Yogi Muesli in your home. Then, follow these steps below to serve Yogi Muesli for your family or friends.


  • 2 rolled oats

  • 1 raisins

  • 1 dried dates

  • 3/4 - 1 walnut pieces

  • 1 sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cinnamon

  • 1 nutmeg

  • 1/2 apple cider

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Yogi Muesli in your home by yourself.

Directions: How to Make Yogi Muesli

  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT apple juice in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Store this in an airtight container and scoop some out the night before you want it.

  3. For each serving use: HEAPED 1/2 cup dry muesli and 1/3 cup juice.

  4. Mix in a container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.

  5. Enjoy in the morning- preferably to complement a yoga practice (Yoga nut here It just may help you become enlightened :-.
