Ingredients

  • 15 unsalted cashews

  • 15 garlic clove

  • 25 butter

  • 1 butter

  • 15 leeks

  • 15 white flour

  • 50 red wine

  • 175 brandy

  • 1 cream sherry

  • 3 vegemite

  • 1/2 hot water

  • 1/2 dark soy sauce

  • 1/2 butter

  • 4 vegetarian parmesan cheese

  7. Remove from heat and add all the liquids. Bring to boil and simmer while stirring for 2 minutes

  8. Remove the mushrooms and leeks with a slotted spoons and place in the tins with the cashew crust. Retain the juices.

  9. To make the parmesan topping blitz together the breadcrumbs and butter for 5 seconds. Stir in cheese.

  10. Sprinkle the topping over the mushrooms and bake for about 10 minutes.

  11. Carefully lift the tins onto your serving plate and remove the can. Serve with the reheated juices.
