  • 1/3 eggs

  • 2 low-fat milk

  • 1/2 all-purpose flour

  • 2 1/2 quick-cooking oats

  • 1 baking soda

  • 1 baking powder

  • 1 salt

  • 1/2 cinnamon

  • 1/2 fresh cranberries

  • 2 frozen cranberries

  7. Cool in pans on wire racks 15 minutes.

  8. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks., Makes 2 loaves.
