  • 1/2 olive oil

  • 1 onion

  • 1 garlic

  • 1/4 all-purpose flour

  • 2 milk

  • 2 chicken broth

  • 1/3 maple syrup

  • 3/4 salt

  • 1/8 fresh cilantro

  • 3/4 fresh basil leaves

  • 1 fresh oregano

  10. Reduce the heat to low; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 1 hour.
