  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 10 -15 olive oil

  • 1/4 chopped tomatoes

  • 26 white wine

  • 1 clam broth

  • 1/2 lemon

  1. Clean crabs by covering them with slightly hot water.

  7. Add wine or clam broth.

  8. Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes.

  9. Remove crabs to platter.

  10. Squeeze lemon and add to pot along with remaining oregano., Pour sauce over crabs on platter.

  11. Serve with linguine.
