  • 1 milk

  • 1 vanilla

  • 1 margarine

  • 1 3/4 butter

  • 2/3 all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 powdered sugar

  • 1/4 vanilla

  • 2 -3 hazelnut-flavored liqueur
