  • 2 margarine

  • 2 medium shrimp

  • 1/2 heavy whipping cream

  8. Cook until shrimp are just pink.

  9. Lower heat and add heavy whipping cream. Cook while stirring constantly until a gentle boil.

  10. Add more seafood seasoning to season to taste, mild or spicy.

  11. Add parmesan cheese to thicken.

  12. Remove from heat.

  13. To serve, place a catfish filet on the center of the plate, completely covering it with the sauce. If desired, the catfish can be served over a bed of dirty or white rice.
