  • 1 red chile

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/2 salt

  • 2 dark soy sauce

  • 6 lime, juice of

  • 1 sherry wine vinegar

  • 3 gingerroot

  • 1 leek

  • 1 sugar snap peas

  • 1 shiitake mushrooms
