  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 salt

  • 1/4 fresh ground pepper

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 green pepper

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 diced tomato

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1/2 salt

  • 1/4 sugar
