  • 3/4 hot water

  • 1 margarine

  • 1/4 egg

  • 1 molasses

  • 2 honey

  • 2 salt

  • 1 1/2 nonfat milk

  • 3/4 flax seed

  • 1/2 sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 whole wheat flour

  • 2 1/2 white flour

  6. Transfer to a well greased bowl and let rise 1-1/2 hours., Punch down, let rise 1 hours.

  7. Divide into three loaves and let rise till doubled.

  8. Bake at 350 for about 40-45 minutes, tops will be brown.

  9. Thump bottoms of loaves and if they sound hollow they are done.

  10. Place on racks to cool.
