  • 1/4 olive oil

  • 1 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1/2 Dijon mustard

  • 1 salt

  • 1 pepper

  • 1 sugar

  • 2 avocados

  • 2 arugula leaves

  • 1 parmigiano-reggiano cheese

  • 1/4 red onion

  • 1 1/4 capers

  • 4 radishes
