  • 3/4 dried marjoram

  • 3/4 dried thyme leaves

  • 3/4 salt

  • 1/8 fresh ground black pepper

  • 12 button mushrooms

  • 9 bacon

  • 6 butter

  • 1/4 dry white wine

  1. Rinse chicken livers; pat dry with paper towels.
