This time, I'm going to do something a little different. This is going to be delicious. Prepare the ingredients before making Bishbosa in your home.   • 2 semolina

  • 1 1/2 caster sugar

  • 500 margarine

  • 1/2 butter

  • 3 baking powder

  • 1 boiling water

  • 2 lemon juice

Directions: How to Make Bishbosa

  1. Cream together semolina and margarine.

  2. Mix in yoghurt, 1 cup sugar, coconut, and baking soda.

  3. Pour mix into deep baking tray.

  4. Cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.

  5. When cool dissolve 1/2 cup caster sugar in two cups boiling water and lemon juice.

  6. Boil until slightly thickened.

  7. Pour over cooled cake.

  8. Allow to cool.
