  • 1 onion

  • 1 celery

  • 1/2 flour

  • 4 chicken broth

  • 1 frozen corn

  • 2 thyme

  • 2 salt

  • 1 crawfish tail

  • 1 milk

  • 1/2 heavy cream

  • 1 fresh parsley
