  • 1 mushroom

  • 1 onion

  • 1 garlic

  • 1/2 white wine

  • 4 chicken broth

  • 4 cornstarch

  • 1/2 white pepper

  • 1/4 marjoram

  • 1/2 thyme

  • 1/2 nonfat sour cream

  • 1 1/4 fresh parsley

  8. Add to pan and stir until broth thickens slightly., Return chicken to pan and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.

  9. Removed from heat and add the spices and sour cream.

  10. Sprinkle with parsley.
